Sikhism is ‘a social religion, non-ethnical, ecumenical, grounded in a political society, directed and committed to propagation and establishing of a plural world-society, tolerant, open, progressive and free in character’.

Sikh philosophy is designed to help, support and empower humanity. If implemented, Sikh teachings shall empower the citizen to ensure proper checks and balances against corruption and injustice; to achieve a fairer society.
